Job Description
Handle dispute resolution processes effectively.
Provide legal advice and guidance on company matters.
Draft, review, and amend legal documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external legal advisors.
Manage legal risks and offer solutions.
Stay updated on legal developments in the FMCG sector.
Assist in negotiations related to disputes or contracts.
The Successful Applicant
LL.B/LL.M
PQE : 5 - 8 years
Prior experience in arbitration or practice at High Courts compulsory
Experience with dispute resolution in the FMCG or food industry.
Strong knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
