Job Description
Draft and review contracts and agreements.
Provide legal advice to different teams in the company.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel when needed.
Support the business in managing legal risks.
Work on regulatory filings and maintain legal records.
Assist in creating policies aligned with legal standards.
Stay updated on changes in laws that affect the company.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
A degree in law (LLB or equivalent).
At-least five years of work experienc
Experience with a tech platform/ startup is mandatory
Positive understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
