Job Description
Support HR processes and policies for the digital hub in India.
Collaborate with teams to identify and address HR needs.
Drive employee engagement initiatives.
Provide guidance on talent management and development.
Manage recruitment and on-boarding processes.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Work on performance management and feedback systems.
Support organisational change and culture-building efforts.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
A background in human resources or a related field.
10+ years of experience in HR processes and employee engagement.
Valuable understanding of recruitment and talent management.
Solid communication and collaboration skills.
Confidence in handling HR systems and policies.
