Description
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our presence in the agricultural sector. Your role will involve managing a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team's success. Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the agricultural industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
