Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and workplace support
Coordinate and execute workplace events, meetings, and activities that foster community engagement and collaboration
Manage reception duties including greeting visitors, processing deliveries, and maintaining security protocols
Oversee daily workplace operations such as conference room bookings, catering coordination, and equipment management




Support onboarding processes for recent employees by providing workplace orientations and resource guidance
Maintain workplace amenities and common areas to ensure they remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
Assist with space planning logistics including moves, furniture arrangements, and workspace reconfigurations
Monitor and report on workplace utilization patterns and employee feedback to support continuous improvement
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of workplace services
