Role Overview
The Workplace Services Manager is responsible for delivering seamless workplace operations, enhancing employee experience, managing facilities services, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence across the client site.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace & Facilities Operations




Oversee day-to-day workplace and facility operations.
Ensure smooth functioning of office services, reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and employee amenities.
Maintain high standards of workplace experience and customer satisfaction.

Vendor Management
Manage IFM vendors and service partners.
Monitor SLA and KPI performance.
Conduct regular service reviews and implement corrective actions.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the single point of contact for workplace services.
Build robust relationships with client stakeholders and business leaders.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.

People Management
Lead workplace and facilities teams.
Drive team performance, engagement, and development.
Ensure adequate staffing and succession planning.

Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with statutory, EHS, and corporate policies.
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
