NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for energetic and target-driven Sr Business Development Executive to join our lead generation team. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential business customers, understanding their requirements, qualifying prospects, and generating high-quality sales opportunities.
NKey Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calling and other approved channels N
Connect with decision-makers and key business stakeholders N
Understand customer requirements and identify relevant business opportunities N
Qualify prospects basedon defined lead qualification criteria N
Conduct follow-ups withprospects to generate qualified opportunities N
Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly lead generation targets N
Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM N
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handover N
Handle basic objectionsand communicate the value proposition effectively N
Consistently focus on improving lead quality and conversion N

nCandidate Requirements

1–5 years of experience in B2B tele calling, inside sales, lead generation, or business development N
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply N
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills N
Positive spoken English is mandatory N
Comfortable making outbound business calls N
Ability to confidently communicate with decision-makers N
Robust convincing and objection-handling skills N
Target-oriented and self-motivated N
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel is an advantage N
