We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented having Workday Report Writer experience to join the P&O; Data & Reporting team. This role will support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a robust interest in HR data, reporting, and analytics, with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
Support the development of reporting solutions based on business requirements from P&O; stakeholders.
Assist in troubleshooting report issues and resolving data discrepancies.
Perform report testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Support report scheduling, distribution, and maintenance activities.
Data Quality & Governance
Conduct regular data validation and reconciliation activities.
Identify data quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.
Ensure reporting solutions comply with company security and confidentiality requirements.
Maintain and update documentation for report and dashboard changes, ensuring explicit tracking of enhancements, modifications, and business requirements
Stakeholder Support
Provide reporting support to P&O; teams, COEs, and business stakeholders.
Assist users in understanding available reports and dashboard functionality.
