Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety or relevant discipline; Diploma/PG qualification in Industrial Safety preferred.

Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / ADIS / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor preferred.
To lead and govern the Workplace, Health & Safety function across India operations, ensuring statutory compliance, effective risk management, emergency preparedness, safe working practices and continuous improvement in EHS performance.

The EHS Manager will establish and drive a strong proactive safety culture, ensuring that employees, residents/customers, contractors,



vendors and other stakeholders operate in a secure and compliant setting.

Key Responsibilities

A. EHS Governance & Strategy
Develop, implement and continuously improve the organisation's EHS framework, policies, SOPs and guidelines.
Establish annual EHS objectives, targets, KPIs and action plans.
Standardise EHS practices across all sites/locations.
Act as the central point of contact for EHS matters across India operations.
Provide EHS guidance to senior management and operational teams.

B. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian EHS legislation, rules, regulations and local authority requirements.

C. Risk Assessment & Safety Management
Conduct and review HIRA, JSA/JHA and risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities.
Identify critical/high-risk activities and establish appropriate controls.
Implement and monitor Permit-to-Wo
