Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to retail operations. N
Design, configure, test, and implement SAP CAR solutions based on business needs. N
Configure and support SAP CAR POSDTA (POS Data Transfer & Audit). N
Design and implement transactional data flows between SAP CAR and SAP S/4HANA. N
Work on Enterprise Structure configuration and procurement cycle within SAP S/4HANA Retail. N
Support POS sales integration and data synchronization with SAP S/4HANA. N
Ensure accurate processing of retail transactions and inventory data. N
Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and development teams during implementation. N
Perform system testing,defect analysis, and issue resolution. N




Provide functional support during project lifecycle, including go-live and hypercare. N
Prepare functional specifications and support technical development teams. N
Stay updated with SAP Retail and SAP CAR product enhancements and best practices. N

NMust Have

5+ years of SAP IS Retail experience. N
2–3 years of functionalexperience in SAP Customer Activity Repository (SAP CAR). N
Solid functional expertise in SAP IS Retail. N
Hands-on experience with SAP CAR POSDTA. N
Experience with Enterprise Structure and Procurement Cycle in SAP S/4HANA. N
Strong knowledge of configuring transactional flows between SAP CAR and SAP S/4HANA. N
Experience in POS Salesintegration with SAP S/4HANA. N
Understanding of omnichannel retail processes and real-time inventory management. N
Robust business requirement gathering and solution design skills. N
