Portfolio Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with an assigned base of retail, affluent, or High Net Worth (HNI) customers.
Sales & Growth: Achieve targets for Current Account Savings Account (CASA) growth, deposits, retail loans, and investment products.
Cross-Selling: Identify client needs to cross-sell mutual funds, insurance, credit cards, and forex products.
Client Acquisition: Source recent-to-bank retail customers through open market referrals, local networking, and branch channels.
Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving queries and service requests within defined turnaround times (TAT).
Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and internal bank operational policies.
