About the Role

We are looking for an experienced State Head – Corporate Sales to lead and grow the Corporate Insurance business for the respective region.

The ideal candidate should have a solid track record in direct corporate client acquisition, Commercial Insurance, Insurance Broking/General Insurance, team leadership and P&L; ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Corporate Sales function for the respective state.
Drive current corporate client acquisition through direct sales.
Build and manage relationships with CXOs, CFOs, CHROs, Risk Heads and other senior decision-makers.
Develop and execute strategies to grow the Commercial Insurance portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities across large corporates, mid-market companies and SMEs.
Lead the complete sales cycle prospecting, client meetings, requirement assessment, RFQs, negotiations and closure.




Manage and develop a high-performing Corporate Sales team.
Own business targets, revenue growth and P&L;/business profitability.
Build robust relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders to deliver suitable insurance solutions.
Drive cross-selling and up-selling across the corporate portfolio.
Track sales pipeline, GWP, conversion ratios, renewals and business performance.
Develop the regional market and build a sustainable corporate client portfolio.
