Job Description:
Verification and certification of contractor bills as per approved Annual Rate Contracts (ARC), Purchase Orders, and Work Orders.
Measurement verification and validation of executed quantities at site.
Scrutiny of bills for compliance with contractual terms, approved rates, and completion status.
Coordination with E&M;, project, civil, electrical, and utility teams for bill verification.
Preparation and maintenance of bill tracking records, payment status, and supporting documentation.
Monitoring of contractor performance against executed work and submitted invoices.
Review of variation claims, extra items, and deviation statements with supporting justification.
Ensuring compliance with company SOPs, audit requirements,



and financial control procedures.
Coordination with Finance, Procurement, and contractors for timely processing of payments.
Preparation of monthly MIS reports related to billing, work completion, and expenditure tracking.

Designation - Sr. Billing Executive/Billing Manager (Depending on experience)
Work Time - 09:00 am -05:30 pm
Work Days - Monday – Saturday
