Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Technical Support Engineer to provide L1 technical support to end-users and manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting a mixed IT setting (Windows/Linux/macOS) in a manufacturing or small-company setup, and should be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 technical support for Windows, Linux, and macOS settings.
Manage Active Directory (AD) — user accounts, permissions, and GPO policies.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, MacBooks, printers, and other peripherals.
Manage Microsoft 365/O365, Office applications, and other business software/tools.
Troubleshoot and manage Wi-Fi, routers, switches, LAN, and basic network connectivity.
Support CCTV systems and basic IT security infrastructure.
Assist with SSL certificate management and renewals.
Handle user onboarding/offboarding, software installation, access management, and IT asset management.




Host and maintain websites on IIS/Apache servers.
Manage data backups and ensure recovery readiness.
Perform network monitoring to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and support ticket logs.
Escalate complex/unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams as required.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of hands-on experience in an IT technical support / infrastructure support role.
Robust working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS troubleshooting.
Practical experience with Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO).
Experience with Microsoft 365/O365 administration.
Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
Experience supporting CCTV systems and general IT security setups.
Familiarity with SSL certificate installation/renewal.
Exposure to IIS/Apache web hosting.
