Position Overview
The Facility Executive - Technical Services is responsible for managing and maintaining all technical/hard services at the assigned site, with specific focus on HVAC systems, UPS/power backup systems, and floor management operations. This role ensures optimal performance of critical building systems, minimizes downtime, and maintains a secure and efficient operational workplace.
Key Responsibilities
HVAC Systems Management
Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs,



VRV/VRF systems, and ductwork
Monitor temperature, humidity levels, and air quality parameters across all floors
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance as per schedules
Troubleshoot HVAC breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs
Optimize energy consumption and maintain system efficiency
Maintain accurate logs of HVAC operations and maintenance activities

UPS and Power Systems
Manage UPS systems, battery banks, and backup power infrastructure
Monitor load distribution and ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical areas
Conduct regular battery health checks and load bank testing
Coordinate with electrical contractors for system maintenance and upgrades
Maintain diesel generator operations and fuel management
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations
