The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting and finding the best talent for the GOC. Members of our Talent Acquisition team deliver work consistently in a quick-paced setting by managing time and effort across different hiring projects.

Position Responsibilities
Manage and execute overall hiring process for specific business while ensuring a pleasant candidate experience
Facilitate sourcing strategies and offer negotiations
Provide hiring recommendations by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches
Communicate and coordinate status to hiring managers, team members and other internal stakeholders
Stay up to date on recruiting trends and best practices

Minimum Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral)



and stakeholder management at multiple levels
Bachelor's degree
2- 4 years experience working in staffing for a search company, recruitment agency, or in-house talent team managing end to end recruitment
Exposure to volume hiring within customer services & customer support ecosystem (digital, non-digital, tech, non-tech etc)

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any technical stream
MBA / PGDM would be positive to have
Any form of adwords or other digital certifications
