Role Requirements:-

Business Partnering
Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on people-related matters.
Build robust relationships with leaders to understand business priorities and workforce challenges.
Support business leaders in executing people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and growth.
Participate in leadership team discussions,



providing people insights and recommendations.

Talent & Workforce Planning
Support workforce planning activities, including headcount management and organisational design.
Partner with Talent Acquisition teams on recruitment planning, requisition approvals, and hiring decisions.
Facilitate internal mobility and career development prospects across the organisation.
Support succession planning and talent review processes.

Performance & Talent Management
Coach managers through the performance management cycle, including goal setting, development discussions, and annual reviews.
Support identification and development of high-potential talent.
Facilitate performance improvement plans where required.
Drive a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and development.

Employee Relations
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, atten
