Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to recent leads and pitch company offerings.
Handle inbound calls and answer client questions.
Follow set scripts while adapting to customer needs.
Record call notes and update customer records in CRM software.
Meet daily or weekly call and conversion targets.
Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Transparent and polite verbal communication skills.
Basic computer and CRM tool literacy.
Valuable active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Patience and a positive attitude toward rejection.
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
