Role & responsibilities :
Solid experience in woven and/or knit garment production.
Hands-on experience in managing production lines, supervisors, operators, and large shop-floor teams.
Robust understanding of production planning, line balancing, capacity planning, IE concepts, quality management, and garment manufacturing processes.
Experience working with international buyers and export-oriented manufacturing environments will be preferred.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Positive knowledge of production MIS, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven manufacturing environment.
