To do the annual appraisal of all the staff for increment/promotion purpose

Organization and utilization of the workforce: organizational framework that maximizes human resources and establishes systems of communication
Maintenance of the workforce: Addressing health, safety and worker issues, and ensure employee welfare
Training and development: Evaluating workers' educational needs and designing programs to train them as per job description.
