Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Robust knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Protected).
Experience with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR), data standards (HL7/FHIR), and HIPAA compliance.
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Rally.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced certifications (A-CSM, CSP-SM, Protected SPC).
Experience with healthcare domain.
