Role Description
The Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves managing and growing social media profiles across platforms, including planning and publishing posts, stories, and campaigns aligned with brand guidelines. The Social Media Executive will monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages,



and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with the design and content teams, conducting basic competitor and trend research, assisting with paid social campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all social channels.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage, grow, and optimize brand presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess effective Media Planning skills to schedule campaigns, allocate budgets, and select appropriate channels and formats.
Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication and Writing skills for posts, captions, and community interaction.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn analytics) is beneficial.
