What we're looking for:
Experience in
Operations / Business Operations / MIS / Process Management
Robust
Excel / Google Sheets
skills
Hands-on experience with
MIS reports, KPIs, dashboards & data analysis
Robust attention to detail, ownership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination




Experience working with
US/global teams
is a plus
Exposure to
AI tools, automation or Power BI
is an advantage

Monitor operations, track KPIs, maintain accurate data, prepare management reports, identify process gaps, coordinate across teams, and drive
process improvements and operational efficiency
