Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the CRM system and ensure accurate and up-to-date client records.
* Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email.
* Coordinate meetings with reporting managers and relevant stakeholders.
* Maintain departmental records and ensure proper documentation.
* Support CRM-related activities and contribute to smooth client servicing operations.
Requirements:
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
* Skilled demeanor with excellent client-handling abilities.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in record management.
* Ability to multitask and efficiently coordinate meetings.
* Prior experience in CRM or client coordination will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
