We are looking for a Compliance Executive with experience in PF & ESIC compliance work. The candidate should have knowledge of statutory compliance, employee record maintenance, and labour-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling PF & ESIC working and online uploading
Preparation and maintenance of wage registers
Maintaining employee data and records
Handling statutory compliance documentation
Coordination for employee joining, exit, and related compliance formalities
Maintaining attendance and salary-related records
Ensuring timely compliance submissions and updates
Audit completion
Requirements:
Experience in PF & ESIC compliance work
Knowledge of labour compliance and statutory registers
Basic computer knowledge (advance, Excel, email, online portals)
Valuable record-keeping and coordination skills
Minimum 1–3 years of experience preferred
