We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing SaaS/IT team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential B2B customers, explaining our software solutions, generating leads, conducting product discussions/demos, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS/software solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales,
Business Development, IT Sales, SaaS, or Software Sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, product presentations, and closing deals.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Experience selling subscription-based software/SaaS products will be an advantage.
