About the Role

Techeon IT Services is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales & Sales Enablement Manager with solid experience in a Digital Marketing Agency setting.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing services, solid proposal and pitch-deck creation skills, and the ability to support the sales team from discovery and requirement gathering through proposal submission and commercial closure.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in client discovery calls to understand business, marketing, and growth requirements.
Work closely with Sales/BD teams to develop digital marketing solutions and strategies based on client requirements.
Prepare high-quality proposals, pitch decks, SOWs, presentations, and commercial documents.
Create and maintain sales collateral including case studies, service decks, one-pagers, capability presentations, and proposal templates.




Develop proposals covering multiple digital marketing services and recommend the right service mix based on client objectives.
Coordinate with internal delivery teams to validate scope, timelines, resources, pricing, and commercials.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, client questionnaires, and proposal requirements.
Maintain a centralized repository of proposals, case studies, credentials, and reusable sales content.
Conduct competitor/service research and continuously improve proposal quality and sales collateral.
Support sales presentations and client meetings with relevant digital marketing insights and recommendations.
Conduct internal sales enablement sessions and keep the sales team updated on digital marketing offerings.

Digital Marketing Knowledge Required
