About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, patient, and empathetic Customer Service Associate to join the support team in Nahur West, Bhandup West | Mumbai. In this role, you will interact directly with customers (employees and workers), helping them navigate early wage access, credit limits, and financial wellness services. If you have a passion for problem-solving and excellent communication skills, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Promptly and accurately resolve customer queries regarding loan limits, salary advances, EMI schedules, and repayment dates via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat.
KYC & Onboarding: Provide step-by-step guidance to recent users on downloading the app, completing their KYC documentation, and setting up their accounts successfully.
Troubleshooting: Identify, understand, and resolve technical complaints related to app login issues or transaction failures, escalating to the product/tech teams when necessary.
Product Education: Clearly explain FatakPay’s features, benefits,



and terms and conditions to customers in simple, easy-to-understand language.
Data Management: Accurately log and maintain records of all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in customer support, voice processes, or telesales (Candidates with a Fintech or Banking background will be preferred).
Tech-Savvy: Basic computer proficiency, familiarity with CRM tools, and a positive understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Soft Skills: High level of empathy, patience, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
