Key Responsibilities
Develop solid understanding of adhesive product technologies and applications
Build relationships with decision‑makers at large manufacturers
Maintain a healthy project pipeline to support business growth
Travel extensively within assigned territory (up to 90%)
Meet prospective clients daily, assess needs, and recommend solutions
Submit timely sales reports and adhere to deadlines
Screening Criteria
Education: Mechanical Engineering (B.E.) OR 12th + Diploma in Mechanical
Experience: 2–5 years in sales + application engineering
Stability: No frequent job switches
Skills: Solid technical knowledge, ability to provide solutions to client problems, pre‑sales consultation, troubleshooting
