We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction site activities, ensure work quality, and complete projects on time. The candidate should have hands-on site experience and strong knowledge of civil construction practices.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site work and construction activities
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Monitor labor work, subcontractors, and material usage
Check quality of materials and workmanship
Maintain site records, reports, and progress updates
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients
Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained
Handle site measurements and billing-related work
Identify and resolve site issues quickly

Required Skills
Knowledge of civil construction methods and materials




Ability to read drawings and plans
Valuable site management and supervision skills
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Excel preferred
Solid problem-solving ability
Good communication and teamwork skills

Additional Requirements
Willing to work at site location
Ability to handle workers and contractors efficiently
Responsible and punctual

Experience
Minimum 2 years of site experience in building / industrial / commercial projects

Qualification
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
