About the Role
We are looking for experienced Finance & Accounting Faculty to join our qualified training institute. The faculty will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training to students and working specialists.
Subjects / Areas
We are looking for faculty with expertise in one or more of the following:
Accounting & Financial Accounting
Auditing
IFRS & IAS
Advanced Excel
Power BI
Tally
Zoho Books / Zoho Finance
Odoo
SAP
Financial Reporting & Finalisation
Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical and engaging classroom/online training.
Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises and training materials.
Explain concepts using real-world business examples.
Provide hands-on training in accounting software and financial tools.
Guide students through assignments and practical projects.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
Keep course content aligned with current industry practices.
Requirements
Strong practical knowledge and teaching ability in the relevant subject.
Relevant professional/industry experience preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to teach using practical, real-world examples.
Prior teaching/training experience will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
CA / CMA / ACCA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com / relevant skilled qualification or experienced industry professionals with strong subject expertise.
