We are looking for an experienced
Reservation Supervisor
to manage daily reservation operations and supervise the reservations team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle room reservations, amendments, cancellations, and confirmations.
Supervise and guide the Reservations team.
Monitor room availability, rates, and OTA bookings.
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and Revenue teams.
Handle guest and travel-agent queries professionally.
Prepare reservation reports and maintain accurate records.
Ensure proper use of PMS and online booking systems.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Hotel Reservations/Front Office.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Valuable knowledge of PMS, OTA platforms, and MS Excel.
Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
