Qualification: B.Sc Computer Science/BCA/B.E. CSE/IT/Diploma IT or equivalent
Experience: 1–3 years
Responsibilities: Laptop/desktop/network/printer administration; Microsoft 365 and user account support; data backup and cybersecurity basics; software/licence inventory; website/domain/email coordination; employee IT onboarding/offboarding; IT asset register; SharePoint/file structure support; and internal software/system administration.
