Develop and maintain B2B relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
Generate recent business prospects through project-based sales.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Prepare project quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic business development.
