About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing HR Manager to help us recruit and coordinate freelance digital marketing workers. This is a straightforward coordination role with adaptable working hours and a light workload.
Responsibilities
Hire freelancers through job portals and social media.
Screen applicants and communicate with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate with freelancers after they join.
Maintain a straightforward Google Sheet with worker details.
Follow up occasionally to ensure tasks are completed.
Be the main point of contact between the company and freelancers.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English or Hindi.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
Responsible and organized.
Ability to work independently.
Previous HR or recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
