Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer to manage quality assurance and quality control for high-rise residential and hospitality construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Implement project QA/QC procedures and quality plans.
Conduct inspections for RCC, reinforcement, Mivan/formwork, masonry and finishing works.
Verify compliance with drawings, specifications and relevant IS standards.
Inspect construction materials and maintain test documentation.
Coordinate concrete and other material testing.
Prepare and maintain IR, MIR, NCR and quality records.
Identify non-conformities and coordinate CAPA.
Monitor closure of NCRs and quality observations.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors and laboratories.
Support client/consultant inspections and audits.
Maintain quality reports, checklists and inspection records.
Qualification & Experience
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
5–10 years of Civil QA/QC experience.
Strong RCC and building-construction experience.
High-rise project experience preferred.
Mivan-formwork exposure preferred.
Hospitality/commercial-project exposure advantageous.
Positive knowledge of IS codes, quality documentation and construction testing.
Compensation
₹50,000–₹80,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
