Job Description: Role Purpose

To support the Design & Architecture team in coordinating drawings, consultants, design deliverables, approvals and project documentation, ensuring timely execution across real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Architects and MEP, Structural, Façade, Landscape, Interior, Lighting, Fire and other consultants.
Follow up on drawings, revisions, submissions and design deliverables as per project timelines.
Maintain drawing registers, consultant trackers and project documentation.
Coordinate with Site/Project teams for drawing requirements, technical queries and design clarifications.
Schedule design meetings, prepare MOMs and action trackers, and ensure timely closure of pending points.
Assist in coordinating Concept, SD, DD, Tender and GFC
Support approval-related coordination and maintain relevant records.
Prepare weekly/monthly design status reports and management updates.
Assist in identifying drawing discrepancies and basic coordination/clash issues.
Participate in site visits and record design-related observations.

Technical & Software Skills
Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings.




Basic understanding of Mumbai DCPR/BMC requirements and high-rise/redevelopment projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with 1–3 years’ experience in real estate development, architectural consultancy or construction, preferably with exposure to Mumbai residential, high-rise or redevelopment projects.
