Role: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer

Location: PAN India

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer to design, develop, configure, and support customer data and activation solutions using Adobe Experience Platform. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with AEP data ingestion, XDM, Real-Time Customer Profile, identity management, segmentation, APIs, and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations.

The role will involve working closely with business, data, marketing, and technology teams to build scalable customer data solutions and enable real-time customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Adobe Experience Platform Development
Design, configure, and develop solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Configure and manage AEP schemas, datasets, datastreams, and data sources.
Develop and maintain XDM schemas aligned with business and customer data requirements.
Implement Real-Time Customer Profile and understand profile-enabled datasets.
Configure and manage Identity Service, identity namespaces, identity graphs, and identity stitching.
Configure Data Governance and privacy policies within AEP.

Data Ingestion & Integration
Implement batch and streaming data ingestion into AEP.




Work with AEP Sources, Destinations, and data ingestion pipelines.
Integrate AEP with enterprise systems, CRM, web/mobile applications, data warehouses, and third-party platforms.
Develop integrations using REST APIs, Adobe APIs, JSON, and event-based architectures.
Troubleshoot data ingestion, transformation, schema, and integration issues.

Real-Time Customer Profile & Segmentation
Configure and manage Real-Time Customer Profile.
Develop customer segments using Adobe Experience Platform Segmentation Service.
Implement batch and real-time segmentation strategies.
Support audience qualification and activation use cases.
Ensure profile and identity data are correctly unified across multiple sources.

Adobe Journey Optimizer / Activation
Integrate AEP with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for real-time customer journeys and personalization.
Configure audiences and destinations for activation across marketing channels.
Support use cases involving email, SMS, push notifications, personalization, and digital advertising.
Work with Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and AEM where applicable.
