Job Title: Revit BIM Modeler - MEP

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Create and modify Revit families as per project requirements.
Perform Scan-to-BIM modeling using point cloud data.
Prepare and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing models for industrial and commercial projects.
Support BIM coordination and clash detection processes.
Generate construction documents, shop drawings, and model-based deliverables.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and project standards compliance.
Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and client requirements.

Required Skills
Robust proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
Experience in BIM Modeling and BIM Coordination.
Hands-on experience in Revit Family Creation.
Knowledge of Scan-to-BIM Modeling workflows.
Valuable working knowledge of AutoCAD (ACAD).
Understanding of MEP systems used in Warehouses, Industrial Plants, and Data Centers.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or related disciplines.
