Head of Division - Non Bio Division

Role:

Overall responsibility for technical, operational, quality and administrative management of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with NABL, ISO/IEC 17025 and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Civil, Soil, and other allied Laboratories.
Ensure NABL/ISO compliance, audits, corrective actions and scope expansion.
Maintain technical accuracy, impartiality, quality and timely reporting.
Plan laboratory infrastructure, equipment, resources and modernization.
Guide the Marketing/Outreach Team and strengthen institutional relationships.
Promote research, innovation, training and collaboration with academic/research organizations.
Ensure effective utilization of organizational resources, safety and continual improvement.

Qualification & Experience




Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
Ph.D. preferred in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Materials, Materials Science or related field.
15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an NABL-accredited laboratory.
Robust knowledge of NABL, ISO/IEC 17025, laboratory management and multidisciplinary testing.
Experience in managing large technical teams and research/institutional projects preferred.
