About the Opportunity
Nxtsft Realtytech Innovations is a fast-growing PropTech startup headquartered in India, redefining real estate transactions through next-generation digital platforms. We empower brokers, builders, and end-buyers with AI-driven lead management, virtual property tours, CRM automation, and seamless transaction workflows. Our Sales Officers are the frontline ambassadors of our vision—turning cold leads into closed deals with precision, persistence, and tech-enabled efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and convert inbound/outbound leads for our SaaS-based real estate tech platform across residential and commercial segments.
Conduct product demos, handle objections, and close deals via phone, in-person meetings, and digital channels—including CRM, Zoom, and WhatsApp Business.
Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead scoring models and optimize conversion paths using Salesforce or HubSpot data insights.
Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, track KPIs (call volume, conversion rate, AOV), and deliver weekly pipeline reviews.




Onboard recent clients with training sessions, ensure smooth adoption, and drive upsell/cross-sell of add-on modules (e.g., virtual staging, e-signature, analytics dashboards).
Provide market feedback to Product and Engineering teams to enhance platform features based on customer pain points.

PropTech or SaaS sales experience
Proficiency in Hindi or regional Indian languages
Google Ads or Meta Ads campaign awareness
