About the Role: We're looking for a proactive Junior HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling
Support current hire onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle attendance, leave, and basic payroll inputs
Address employee queries on HR policies and advantages
Prepare HR letters and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
0–2 years of relevant experience
Robust communication skills; proficient in MS Office
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
