We are looking for a Digital Marketing skilled who can manage overall digital marketing activities with a strong focus on Meta Ads, lead generation, and campaign performance. The candidate should also have the ability to manage a team, analyze competitors, and develop effective marketing strategies to support IQJITA's growth and student admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and other paid advertising campaigns.
Manage Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and other digital marketing platforms.
Generate quality leads and improve lead-to-admission conversions.
Develop digital marketing strategies based on business and admission targets.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends and opportunities.
Monitor competitor campaigns, offers, creatives, and marketing strategies.
Coordinate with the content, design,



and admissions teams for marketing campaigns.
Plan and manage social media marketing activities and online promotions.
Support SEO, website marketing, email/WhatsApp marketing, and other digital initiatives
Manage and guide the digital marketing team, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance.

Requirements
Proven experience in Digital Marketing for minimum 1 year
Solid hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Good leadership and team management skills.
Experience in the education industry is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
