Role & responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls and inquiries.
Explain hospital treatments, packages, facilities, and admission process.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into OPD visits/admissions.
Maintain daily call records and lead follow-ups.
Coordinate with the hospital team for appointments and patient requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
xcellent communication and convincing skills
Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telesales preferred
Confident and patient-friendly approach
Basic computer/CRM knowledge
Target-oriented and good follow-up skills
Freshers with robust communication skills can also apply
