Key Responsibilities
Manage a Region consisting of 5 to 10 Loan Centers (RA, SBB & BB)
Monitor performance of Area Operations Managers of each location and respective Operations Managers & Customer

Service Managers of each Loan Centers
Responsible for smooth functioning of Disbursements and Customer Services of each Loan Center
Standardize the process followed at Loan Centers and ensure uniformity
Ensure that Operations and Customer Service Metrics are tracked at all Loan Centers
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Ensure training to the team on new processes and policies
Coordination with Regional Heads of Sales and Credit
Liaising with Central Operations for the processes
Ensure deployment and optimal utilization of resources at each Location
Exception and Escalation handling
Relationship Management within team and cross function teams




Ensure achievement of Cross Sell Targets of each Location in the region and of overall region
Aim at reduction of Concurrent Audit and Internal Audit observations
Monitor Administrations and Vendor Management at each locations

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

. Post-graduation / Graduation from a recognized institute

. Knowledge of banking products and services

. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

. Positive communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language

. Ability to manage complex client situations

. Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a energetic priority-setting workplace

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
