Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Convert leads into sales opportunities.
Manage customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/tools regularly.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Lead Generation preferred.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced workplace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
