Role & responsibilities
Manage accounting, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow.
Handle export-import accounting, documentation, and compliance.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, RBI, DGFT, and Customs.
Manage distributor accounting, receivables, claims, incentives, and rebates.
Monitor working capital, margins, profitability, and business performance.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
Prepare financial analysis and reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualified CA with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience; freshly qualified CAs can also apply.
Solid knowledge of Finance & Accounts, GST, and Export-Import.
Knowledge of FEMA, RBI, DGFT, Customs, and international trade documentation.
Experience in distribution finance and channel accounting preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, or Dynamics.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
