Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Property Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and smooth functioning of the property. The candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, coordinating with technicians and vendors, addressing property-related issues, and ensuring that all facilities are maintained properly.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the property.
Conduct regular inspections of the property and identify maintenance requirements.
Monitor mechanical, plumbing, pumps, pipelines and other utility-related systems.
Coordinate with technicians, housekeeping, security and external vendors.
Attend to and resolve maintenance complaints from tenants/occupants.
Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Coordinate repair and maintenance work with external contractors and service providers.
Ensure common areas,



equipment and facilities are maintained in valuable condition.
Monitor maintenance work and ensure timely completion.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, repairs and vendor visits.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment and property assets.
Support emergency maintenance requirements such as water leakage, equipment breakdowns and power/utility-related issues.
Ensure compliance with basic safety and housekeeping standards within the property.
Report major maintenance issues and property requirements to the management.

Candidate Requirements
Valuable vendor and contractor coordination skills.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple maintenance activities and respond to emergencies.

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
