Job description:
Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Ltd. is seeking a responsible, organized, and confident Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to efficiently manage day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and office activities.
Handle office documentation, records, files, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal teams, management, and external visitors.
Manage calls, emails, appointments, and general office inquiries.
Maintain attendance, employee records, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and other operational requirements.
Prepare basic reports, letters, notices, and office communications.
Support management with scheduling meetings and other administrative tasks.
Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.





Requirements
Married candidates preferred.
Valuable communication skills in English are required.
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email handling.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Professional and presentable personality.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in administration or office coordination will be preferred.
