Conduct regular rounds of all assigned ward patients and monitor their clinical condition.
Take detailed patient history and perform clinical examinations as required.
Review vital signs, investigations, medication charts, and treatment plans.
Implement treatment plans and instructions provided by consultants.
Monitor patient progress and promptly identify any deterioration in condition.
Escalate critical changes or abnormal findings to the concerned consultant immediately.
Attend to medical emergencies in the ward and initiate appropriate emergency management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per hour
